The inside of our attic became moldy with some of the decking boards even becoming swelled as a result of our upstairs bathroom fans pushing moisture into the attic. Lifetime Roofing came out and replaced the decking, re-routed the upstairs bathroom fans, and reshingled our roof with Tamko shingles. The process was easy to understand and communication was great. They have made sure that everything with the roof, inside of the attic, and other aspects of the roof were up to our satisfaction. Even showing me thermal videos and images of the inside of the attic displaying proper ventilation. I can't thank Ryan, Nick, Harry, and Joe enough for helping us with this project and answer a lot of the questions and concerns I had during the project. We had Lifetime Roofing replace our roof this winter and they did a fantastic job. They were always available to touch base with and did an amazing job at communicating the reasons certain work needed to be done. The fact that they had an option to do a loan through the Michigan Saves loan program for an energy efficient roof was the cherry on top. The owner Joe and GM Harry were super friendly and very professional. Would highly recommend checking this company out.
